Novelty Birthday Cakes
This cake was a white chocolate mud cake but would be delicious as a chocolate cake ascwell. It had a buttercream filling, chocolate ganache and was covered with fondant.
I made this cake for a friend’s 50th birthday. Graeme wanted the cake decorated in the colours of his favourite rugby team!
As my dad is a big Eagles fan, I couldn’t resist making this Eagles cake for his special day – his 75th.

I made this two tier wedding cake for two very special people – my friends Vicki and Michelle. Vicki wanted a rainbow cake and Michelle wanted a chocolate mudcake so I gave them both! The bottom tier was a chocolate mudcake filled with a chocolate fudge buttercream and the top tier was a rainbow cake filled with a vanilla buttercream”. Price on application.

Made for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. A carrot cake that was decorated quite simply with frangipanis and their original cake topper. I added original wedding pieces, like the horseshoes, photo, wedding ribbons etc to make it even more personal to them.
I made this cake for dear friends of mine, Kylie and Matt’s baby shower. You guessed it, it was a boy. Of course this cake can be made in pink too.

A delicious chocolate mud cake
A delicious red velvet cake (or any other flavour) decorated with buttercream between the layers, a thin chocolate ganache and decorated like a graveyard. I made this for Jack and Maddy’s combined birthday party. It would make a fantastic Halloween cake as well.
A devilishly delicious chocolate cake made with Kirsch. The layers are separated by a black cherry jam infused with Kirsch, fresh cream and layers of black cherries. The cake is decorated with hand grated chocolate and black cherries.
This is a different take on the original Black Forrest. Instead of a chocolate cake, a French vanilla cake is used. The cake is layered and decorated the same as the Black Forrest.
